Recruitment Consultant – European Market

About the role

SilverBack, an AI‑enabled recruitment consultancy, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to build and scale its European talent database. You will support complex data‑centre, gigafactory, energy and advanced manufacturing projects by delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions across key European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on live European mandates, ensuring roles are filled to brief and on time.
• Act as the primary contact for client hiring managers, building trusted relationships.
• Translate detailed job specifications into targeted search strategies.
• Attend client meetings, briefing calls and site visits to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across multiple European countries.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the internal Tracker system, including contacts, references and certificates.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and targets.
• Utilise LinkedIn headhunting, referrals and database mining to source talent.
• Map construction and infrastructure professionals across Europe and add verified data to the CRM in line with GDPR.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants in Europe and the US and provide sourcing support for projects outside Europe when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or Resourcer.
• Experience in technical, construction or international recruitment is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong data‑quality focus.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong LinkedIn and internet sourcing capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and maintain data integrity.
