Recruitment Consultant – Fast Merit‑Based Promotions

About the role

Join Access as a Recruitment Consultant and benefit from a fully merit‑based promotion pathway. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, then quickly move to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for our B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews to match candidates with client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve placement targets and earn commission from the first successful hire.
• Participate in regular team trainings and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated track record of success in any professional field (e.g., long tenures, promotions, added responsibilities).
• Experience in B2B sales, phone‑based or target‑driven environments is advantageous.
• Highly driven, career‑focused, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, meritocratic environment.
• Based in Dublin with EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.
