Recruitment Consultant – Fast‑Track to Leadership

About the role

Archer Recruitment is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join its specialist IT market team. The role is designed for candidates with a hospitality operations background who want to transition into recruitment and accelerate their career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with both client companies and candidates within the IT sector.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
• Develop deep market expertise and act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
• Take ownership of personal performance, results, and career progression.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in roles such as Assistant Operations Manager, Duty Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or similar.
• Motivated by performance, recognition and financial growth.
• Ready to assume greater ownership and pursue rapid career advancement.
