About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (180) to join our dedicated financial services team. This is a pure delivery position focused on sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent for a range of live mandates, working closely with senior Partners who manage client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sourcing process for active financial services roles.
• Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Manage the full submission cycle, including CV formatting, interview scheduling, and relaying client feedback efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines within the assigned focus areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment, preferably in a delivery or sourcing‑focused role.
• Exposure to financial services recruitment is advantageous, though candidates from other specialist sectors are welcome.
• Strong communicator capable of managing candidate relationships with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑moving desk.
• Self‑starter with an inquisitive mindset and genuine interest in the markets supported.
