Recruitment Consultant – Full Training Provided

About the role

Archer is expanding its IT recruitment team and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Recruitment Consultants. You will receive a comprehensive onboarding programme and will own the full recruitment delivery process for technology talent across key sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Meet and exceed defined hiring targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop market insights and recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
• Full‑time, on‑site availability Monday to Friday.
• High motivation, coachability, and resilience.
