About the role

Archer is expanding its IT recruitment team and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Recruitment Consultants. The position offers a comprehensive onboarding programme, mentorship from day one, and a clear promotion pathway from Associate to Director.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment delivery process, from sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with clients across key sectors to understand their talent needs.
• Maintain accurate records and progress updates throughout each recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any industry.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Valid EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
• Ability to work fully on‑site, Monday to Friday, in a fast‑paced environment.
• High performance mindset, coachable attitude, and resilience.
