Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid role in Galway

About the role

The Recruitment Consultant will join Manpower Group’s team in Galway, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for a globally recognised client. Working on a hybrid basis, you will split your time between the office and client sites, supporting the full talent acquisition lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and internal stakeholders.
• Understand client workforce requirements, especially within manufacturing, and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Meet daily client‑facing KPIs and service level agreements.
• Ensure all recruitment documentation complies with GDPR and internal quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPI targets.
• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to take ownership of results.
