Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk (Dublin)

About the role

Join Reed’s high‑performing Dublin team as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant. You will own an industrial desk covering temporary and permanent placements across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and production sectors throughout Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from brief to placement.
• Develop new business and build a client portfolio across Ireland.
• Source, interview and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and headhunting.
• Conduct compliance checks, negotiate offers and close placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing market insight and hiring strategy advice.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment or sales experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with a drive to win new business.
• Resilience, ambition and motivation to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborative, team‑focused attitude.
