About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of their own desk within an award‑winning Dublin‑based agency. You will play a key part in matching top talent with client needs while building your own niche in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and place candidates in roles that meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Create tailored recruitment strategies to expand your network and client base.
• Negotiate terms with clients and manage contracts with candidates.
• Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice.
• Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline using the recruitment database.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or specialist recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/recruitment software.
