Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑moving team in Sandyford, South County Dublin. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, building strong client relationships while delivering high‑quality talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Create detailed job specifications for client roles.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and management to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, target‑driven attitude.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of urgency.
