Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Lex Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and placing top talent across a variety of industries while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate and public‑sector clients.
• Maintain a personal desk with autonomy – no KPI pressure.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and BD bonus schemes.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment at any level (junior to senior).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
