Recruitment Consultant – Kildare

Osborne Recruitment is expanding its Kildare team and is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the fast‑paced, high‑performing Osborne team in Naas. This role offers the chance to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Take job requirements from clients, shortlist candidates, send CVs and arrange interview preparation.
• Place candidates on site across contract, temporary and permanent opportunities.
• Work daily with candidates to match them with suitable roles and career paths.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business through networking events.
• Handle recruitment administration, compliance and ensure a professional, supportive team environment.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and work with urgency.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment agency.
• Team‑player who can also work independently and take initiative.
