About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will join Access Healthcare’s structured Leadership Programme. From day one you will receive training designed to develop decision‑making abilities and prepare you for future leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Start as a Recruitment Consultant with a clear, merit‑based path toward leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrate ambition to grow into a decision‑making role.

Required profile

  • Natural ability to build relationships and bring people along.
  • Genuine ambition to progress into a leadership position.
  • At least one year of experience in any sales background.
  • EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
