Recruitment Consultant – Technology Desk

About the role

We are looking for a sales‑driven Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing Technology desk in Dublin City Centre. As a 360 consultant you will build and nurture relationships with organisations across the Republic of Ireland, focusing on Data & AI or Projects & Change sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client partnerships and maintain existing relationships.
• Source, interview and assess candidates using our CRM and recruitment tools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from shortlisting to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with a team of seven consultants recognised as top‑performers in the UK and Ireland.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within technology or related sectors.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment platforms.
