Recruitment Consultant – Transition from Purchasing

About the role

Archer is expanding its recruitment team across Europe and is looking for professionals with a background in purchasing, procurement or supply chain to become Recruitment Consultants. This role offers a fast‑track path from a corporate purchasing environment into a client‑facing talent acquisition position, based in our Dublin office.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your purchasing experience to understand client needs and source suitable candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from prospecting and interviewing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Meet transparent performance targets that determine promotion and earnings.
• Participate in continuous training and mentorship programs to develop specialist recruitment skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, vendor management or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong communication abilities and a resilient, coachable mindset.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Dublin, Monday to Friday.
