About the role
We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join Access. This position transforms your proven B2B sales expertise into a full‑cycle recruitment role, giving you direct control over your pipeline and earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for healthcare roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and client companies.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
- Generate and maintain a personal sales pipeline, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Deliver regular performance reports and contribute to team business development.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of B2B outbound, telesales or field sales experience.
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding KPI and commission targets.
- Strong discipline, resilience and a proactive attitude.
- EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

- Base salary plus uncapped commission – average total earnings €45 K in year 1 and €75 K in year 2.
