Recruitment Consultant – Turn B2B Sales into Leadership

About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join Access. This position transforms your proven B2B sales expertise into a full‑cycle recruitment role, giving you direct control over your pipeline and earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates for healthcare roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and client companies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Generate and maintain a personal sales pipeline, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Deliver regular performance reports and contribute to team business development.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of B2B outbound, telesales or field sales experience.
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding KPI and commission targets.
• Strong discipline, resilience and a proactive attitude.
• EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
