Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission & Fast Progression

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Archer’s fast‑growing team. You will work in a performance‑driven environment where your earnings are directly linked to the results you deliver for clients in the IT sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across a range of industries.
• Proactively source, screen and qualify candidates for IT roles using LinkedIn, networking and internal databases.
• Provide market insight on IT trends, challenges and opportunities to inform recruitment strategies.
• Meet and exceed individual revenue targets through uncapped commission structures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in roles such as Events Operations Manager, Guest Experience Coordinator, Reservations Consultant or Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with a strong desire to own personal growth.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven attitude.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 visa or EU passport).
