Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission

About the role

GPC, a specialist recruitment consultancy with over 25 years of experience, is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its dynamic team in Sandyford, South County Dublin. This position offers a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment where you can build your own client portfolio while leveraging an established brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Source, interview, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Create detailed job specifications for client roles.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and management to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, target‑driven mindset.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, organised and detail‑oriented.
• High sense of urgency.
