Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and place qualified healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Provide market insights and advise clients on talent strategies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of post‑graduation experience, preferably in sales or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
