Recruitment Consultant – US Construction & Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing US construction and engineering division from our Dublin office. This position offers exposure to the dynamic US market, the chance to build long‑term client relationships, and a clear pathway to international career progression, including potential relocation to New York with full visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a specialist desk focused on US construction and engineering recruitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates across the United States.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new client accounts.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Source, engage, and present high‑quality talent to meet client needs.
• Collaborate closely with Irish and US team members to support the expansion of the US operation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, preferably within construction, engineering, or technical sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated by achieving targets.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and progress within a fast‑growing business.
