Recruitment Coordinator – Homecare

About the role

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead the hiring process for its homecare workforce across Ireland. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and HSE tender requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for all new candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey.
• Own the carer recruitment process for designated offices, delivering timely, high‑quality hires.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, produce reports and drive continuous improvements to reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Optimize recruitment workflows while maintaining compliance with HSE and internal standards.
• Assist with application reviews, interview scheduling and onboarding procedures.
• Oversee training compliance, Garda clearance, reference checks and contract adherence.
• Support new‑hire orientations and maintain accurate training records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably within the home‑care sector.
• Strong organisational skills, accountability and a passion for excellence.
• Ability to meet KPIs and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employee legislation and ATS systems.
