Recruitment Coordinator – Homecare

About the role

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead the hiring process for our homecare workforce across Ireland. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient recruitment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all new candidates.
• Own the carer recruitment process for designated offices, delivering timely, high‑quality hires.
• Monitor, report and improve recruitment KPIs.
• Optimise workflows to reduce time‑to‑hire while meeting HSE tender and internal policy requirements.
• Assist with application reviews, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee compliance checks: training, Garda clearance, references, and contracts.
• Support new‑hire orientations and maintain training records.

Required profile

• Previous high‑volume recruitment experience, preferably in homecare.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and HR administrative software.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee legislation, and ATS systems.
