Recruitment Coordinator – Homecare

About the role

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its recruitment team and help build a high‑performing homecare workforce across Ireland. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process while ensuring compliance with internal policies and HSE tender requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all new candidates.
• Own the carer recruitment process for designated offices, delivering timely, high‑quality hires.
• Monitor, report and improve recruitment KPIs and time‑to‑hire metrics.
• Optimise recruitment workflows while maintaining compliance with HSE and internal policies.
• Assist with application reviews, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
• Oversee compliance checks including training records, Garda clearance, references and contract adherence.
• Support new‑hire orientations and maintain accurate training documentation.
