About the role

Join Access, one of Ireland’s fastest‑growing recruitment firms, as a Recruitment Executive. This full‑time, office‑based position in Dublin City Centre is designed for candidates with a sales background who want to transition into recruitment and accelerate their career.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your communication, resilience and commercial awareness to engage with candidates and clients.
• Participate in structured training programmes and mentorship to develop recruitment expertise.
• Apply hands‑on development activities to build a pipeline of talent for client organisations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in insurance sales, financial services, customer‑facing sales, telesales or a similar field.
• Motivated by continuous learning, development and clear progression pathways.
• Strong communicator, ambitious, coachable and driven to improve.
