Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator at Kids Inc., you will drive the attraction, selection and integration of talent that supports our early years and after‑school programmes across Ireland. Working within a fast‑paced recruitment team, you will ensure a smooth candidate journey from application to first day on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of Early Years and Afterschool positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Advertise vacancies on multiple job platforms and proactively source candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Prepare employment offers and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Collect and process recruitment documentation in line with company policy and Tusla requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems.
• Produce recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR or recruitment coordination (agency or in‑house).
• Strong organisational abilities with capacity to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
