Recruitment Sourcer – Engineering & Life Sciences

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Sourcer to join our team and focus on hard‑to‑fill positions within engineering, construction, and life‑science sectors. You will dive deep into the sourcing function, identifying and engaging top talent for contractor roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering, construction, and life‑science roles.
• Conduct proactive outreach using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
• Screen and qualify candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.
• Place contractors and achieve placement targets, earning commission on each successful hire.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in engineering, construction, or life‑science sectors.
• Financially driven with a strong desire to earn performance‑based rewards.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and able to work onsite three days per week.
