Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Pivotal Recruitment is seeking a proactive Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to drive talent acquisition across the construction sector and other industries. You will combine candidate sourcing, outbound outreach, and relationship building to create robust pipelines and support business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates across construction and related sectors.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to engage both passive and active talent.
• Screen CVs, assess skills and career aspirations, and match candidates to opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM/ATS and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates through regular follow‑up.
• Perform outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Introduce company services, qualify potential partnerships, and manage the sales process.
• Achieve activity targets such as calls, conversations, interviews, and opportunities generated.

Required profile

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment, preferably within construction.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills with confidence in outbound calling.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset and comfortable working to KPIs.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms.
• Good overall IT skills.
