Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through referrals, advertising and multiple recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Match professionals to client requirements across a range of sectors in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Collaborate closely with business development and client teams to maximise placement opportunities.
