Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Arcadis DPS is looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join its Contract Technical Services team in Citywest, Dublin. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring high‑quality technical talent for a range of engineering and construction disciplines, supporting rapid mobilisation of project teams for key client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage technical candidates across engineering, C&Q, validation, health & safety, construction management and related fields using LinkedIn, databases and networking.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for multiple simultaneous roles and projects.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation, contract preparation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client deadlines and ensure swift mobilisation of teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting in the recruitment database.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in‑house, with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, medical‑device or engineering sectors is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
