Regional HR Manager – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead the HR strategy for our EMEA data‑centre programme. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage a team of HR Business Partners and Recruiters while partnering with senior leaders across more than 30 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives across the EMEA region.
• Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, succession planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage a team of HR Business Partners and Recruiters, providing coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with diverse employment laws and regulations in each country.
• Collaborate with operational teams in data‑centre, critical infrastructure and technology environments.
• Travel internationally up to 30% and provide support outside standard working hours when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management and compensation.
• Proven experience supporting multi‑country operations and navigating different employment legislations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
