Regional Manager – Disability Services

About the role

RehabCare is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of disability services in the Sligo region. This senior position combines operational leadership with strategic influence, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care while driving innovation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Service Managers across a diverse regional service portfolio.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion, innovation and enhanced outcomes.
• Deliver strategic projects aligned with organisational priorities and long‑term sustainability.
• Ensure services meet and exceed regulatory, quality and safeguarding standards.
• Manage resources effectively to deliver sustainable, high‑quality services.
• Represent RehabCare with regional and national stakeholders, building strong relationships with funders, regulators and community partners.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience within health, social care, disability, community or voluntary sectors.
• Proven success managing complex, multi‑site services and budgets.
• Experience delivering strategic initiatives and organisational change.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
