Regional Marketing Executive

About the role

This fully remote position is focused on driving student acquisition and brand growth across the EMEA region. You will translate global marketing strategies into culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel regional marketing campaigns across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring localisation and alignment with enrolment growth objectives.
• Create and adapt engaging digital assets using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing and sales teams to monitor results, analyse lead quality and optimise conversion and enrolment outcomes.
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual and in‑person events, including webinars, education fairs and regional expos.
• Maintain and localise marketing materials and collateral, keeping them up‑to‑date with evolving campaign strategies.
• Contribute to cross‑functional planning sessions, turning data insights and customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, EdTech or international consumer‑facing environments.
• Strong written communication and storytelling ability with a solid understanding of brand positioning.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimise campaigns.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first setting while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills, experienced in working across sales, marketing and creative teams internationally.
