Registered Nurse – Full-Time (Day Shift)

About the role

Dublin Post Acute is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on a full‑time day shift. You will deliver high‑quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure the safety and well‑being of our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Respond to resident emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term or post‑acute care.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is a plus.
