Reliability Engineer – Maintenance Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer (TDM) to support the Plant Maintenance team in driving performance, safety and efficiency across the plant. Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with the RDM, Maintenance Coordinators and production teams to collect and analyse maintenance data, improve processes and ensure reliable machine operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the Maintenance KPI framework and monitor performance.
• Maintain the Maintenance skills matrix and coordinate training plans.
• Improve preventive maintenance (PM) compliance and effectiveness.
• Standardise maintenance documentation and support TPM and Autonomous Maintenance deployment.
• Draft and validate the maintenance budget, providing economic impact analysis for policy changes.
• Benchmark maintenance methods, perform comparative analysis and translate findings into budget recommendations.
• Define and implement data collection methods for evaluating maintenance procedures.
• Analyse faults, collect data for loss‑elimination initiatives and support planning of shutdowns and scheduled stops.
