Relief Pharmacist – Dublin City Centre (Multiple Stores)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Relief Pharmacist to support our Dublin City Centre pharmacies on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role will primarily cover Allcare O'Connell Street, Allcare Ringsend, Killester, Merrion, Kerins, Rathfarnham and occasional ad‑hoc locations, ensuring consistent, high‑quality patient care across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care that encourages word‑of‑mouth referrals.
• Assist the Supervising Pharmacist with operational standards and company initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to provide effective care solutions for customers.
• Support the professional, clinical, ethical and financial management of the pharmacy in line with regulations.
• Participate in group healthcare, marketing events and staff training.
• Communicate business performance and new initiatives to the team.
• Report store and employee performance to the Regional Pharmacist Manager.

Required profile

• Current PSI registration and a degree in Pharmacy.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and act independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
• Proactive approach to driving excellence in customer service.
