Relief Pharmacist – Finglas Area

About the role

We are looking for a Relief Pharmacist to support our stores across the Finglas area on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will rotate through Clearwater, Fingal, Finglas and Finglas West, gaining insight into Uniphar’s brand portfolio while building strong relationships with each team and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives.
• Work with the pharmacy team to deliver care solutions for customers and patients.
• Support the professional, clinical, ethical and financial management of the pharmacy in line with regulations.
• Participate in group healthcare, marketing events and staff training sessions.
• Communicate business performance and new initiatives to the team.
• Report store and employee performance to the Pharmacist Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage; full training provided for other backgrounds.
• Proven people‑management abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated with excellent communication and clinical knowledge.
• Commercially astute with a strong focus on patient and customer interactions.
