Relief Pharmacist

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Relief Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team on a flexible basis. You will support the Supervising Pharmacist in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives.
- Work with the team to find care solutions for customers and patients.
- Support the professional, clinical, ethical and financial management of the pharmacy in line with regulations.
- Participate in group healthcare, marketing events and staff training.
- Communicate business performance and new initiatives to the team.
- Report store and employee performance to the Pharmacist Regional Manager.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated with excellent people skills.
- Strong communication abilities and commercial awareness.
- Highly organised, able to work under pressure and deliver exemplary face‑to‑face interactions.
- Passionate about patient care and committed to a collaborative environment.
