Reporting Analyst

About the role

This position is for a Reporting Analyst based in Ireland, working within a fast‑paced international digital environment. You will ensure the accuracy, reliability and usability of reporting systems that support key business and product decisions, collaborating closely with analysts, product teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality reporting systems by ensuring data accuracy, building and optimizing dashboards.
• Monitor and validate data quality, guaranteeing consistency, completeness and timely updates.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports tracking core product and business metrics using Tableau.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data pipelines, including extraction, transformation and reporting layers.
• Gather requirements from analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into structured reporting solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting workflows and dashboard performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with BI and data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong SQL expertise (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to write complex analytical queries.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Good command of English (Pre‑Intermediate or higher) and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
