Reporting & Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to join the European Data Strategy Team of a global real estate investment firm. The role sits at the centre of portfolio reporting and data management across Europe, combining commercial insight with technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own data flows between operational systems, reporting platforms and the data warehouse.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and management reporting.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for senior management, the Board and lenders.
• Drive reporting automation and process improvement, collaborating with external property managers and third‑party providers.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in real estate, asset management or financial services.
• Strong Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and recurring reporting cycles.
• Commercially minded with sharp attention to detail and proactive stakeholder management.
• EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa is mandatory.
