Research Manager

About the role

The Research Manager will lead the design and execution of research studies, working closely with clients to deliver actionable insights that inform marketing and business strategies. This senior, hands‑on role combines strategic thinking with operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage and mentor junior researchers, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate insights into strategic planning and creative execution.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines and deliverables to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
• Continuously improve research processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in market research or insight roles, preferably client‑facing.
• Strong knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex research projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across teams and clients.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
