Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our hospitality team in Killarney. You will be the first point of contact for guests booking stays across our collection of hotels, apartments, and spa facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation bookings via email and telephone for all properties in the collection.
• Investigate no‑show incidents in collaboration with each reception desk.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities throughout the booking process.
• Communicate guest requests clearly to all relevant departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date hotel availability and continuously refresh the reservations system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar reservations or booking role is an advantage.
• Organised, professional and detail‑oriented.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer care.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
