Reservations Agent

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our hotel team. You will handle inbound reservation calls and email enquiries, ensuring guests receive a high level of service and accurate booking information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for hotel bedroom reservations.
• Enter bookings into the hotel’s reservation systems.
• Respond promptly to email enquiries about availability and facilities.
• Perform daily administrative tasks related to reservations.
• Proactively promote additional hotel services to maximise secondary spend.

Required profile

• Ambitious, energetic and guest‑focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to work a shift pattern from 08:30‑18:30, including one weekend per month after training.
