Reservations Sales Agent – Groups (Dublin)

About the role

Join Staycity Group’s Reservations Team in Dublin as a Reservations Sales Agent focused on group bookings. You will be the first point of contact for inbound sales and reservation enquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our guests and travel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and reservation enquiries from multiple channels.
• Make, amend, and confirm group reservations accurately.
• Gather lead information for the Sales team and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Provide timely answers to customer and agent queries via phone and email.
• Report daily sales figures and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (additional French or German is a plus).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with an excellent telephone manner.
• Organised, target‑driven and able to prioritise workload effectively.
• Ambitious individual with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Opera PMS (preferred).
