Reservations Supervisor

About the role

The Reservations Supervisor will lead the reservations team at a prestigious hospitality client in Dublin 4. You will ensure bookings are processed accurately, deliver excellent customer service and support revenue‑maximising strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily reservation enquiries and booking requests across all channels.
• Monitor room availability, rates and booking trends to optimise occupancy.
• Supervise, train and mentor reservation team members, reviewing performance and providing guidance.
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, booking pace and team performance.
• Support group bookings, special events and assist management with forecasting and revenue strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in reservations, front office or revenue management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Willingness to progress within the hospitality sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using reservation software and booking platforms.
