About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high‑energy dining venue in Dublin. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and developing a motivated team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
- Drive sales, profitability and overall operational performance.
- Manage KPIs, labour costs and productivity.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Ensure health & safety and company compliance.
- Analyse performance data and implement improvements.
- Support recruitment, training and ongoing team development.
Required profile
- Current experience as a Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or General Manager.
- Background in restaurants, quick‑service restaurants (QSR), hospitality, food retail or convenience retail.
- Strong people‑focused leadership with a passion for service excellence.
