About the role
Levi’s LS&Co is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join its Dublin store on an 8‑hour fixed‑term basis. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style.
Key responsibilities
- Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
- Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
- Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a desire to learn and develop.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
