Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

Join JYSK, a fast‑growing retail brand, as a Sales Assistant in Ireland. You will work on the shop floor delivering friendly, efficient service while helping the store meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock both in the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and process returns.
• Take ownership of a designated area within the store, monitoring inventory and presentation.

Required profile

• Outgoing, enthusiastic and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Team‑player who contributes to a collaborative store environment.
• Flexible with tasks and working hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
