About the role

Are you passionate about retail and delivering exceptional customer service? As a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse you will help ensure the store runs smoothly, maintain high presentation standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
• Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, process transactions efficiently and keep the sales floor clean, organised and visually appealing.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions and pricing to provide accurate advice and support in‑store promotions and displays.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, address enquiries promptly and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets and support management in identifying growth opportunities.
