Retail Supervisor – Front-line Operations

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor at a busy Applegreen site in Cork’s North Ring, you will lead the front‑line team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the Site Manager, supporting daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to optimise store performance.
• Drive sales by supporting the team in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Motivate and coach staff, setting clear, achievable goals.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle any issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
