About the role

As a Supervisor at Applegreen you will lead the front‑line team in a busy retail environment, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Site Manager to drive sales and maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to optimise store performance.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Motivate and lead the team by setting clear goals and providing effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
